MOUNT CARMEL — A Kingsport man who allegedly led a Hawkins County Deputy on a vehicular pursuit Tuesday evening through a residential yard and driveway later reportedly told police he was being chased by his deceased brother. After police had arrested Charles Lee Murray, they reportedly found 5.5 Subutex pills missing from his recently filled prescription bottle. Around 9 p.m.
