A strong middle two quarters helped lift the King’s Way Christian boys basketball team to an 84-50 Trico League victory over visiting Stevenson on Saturday. Down by one entering the second quarter, King’s Way outscored the Bulldogs 44-22 over the next two quarters to pull away. Khal Cason had 20 points, six rebounds, two assists and two steals for the Knights (8-6, 3-1), who pulled into a tie for second place in the league with Seton Catholic. Bubba Cason had 14 points, Bryson Metz had 13, and Kobi Cason had 11 points for King’s Way. Stevenson (7-7, 2-2) was led in scoring by Lincoln Krog’s 15 points.
