WARWICK — The Warwick police say they've charged a 77-year-old woman in the theft of a purse from a shopping cart at Dave's Marketplace.The police had previously published surveillance photos to Facebook, saying they were looking for a suspect who'd stolen a purse last Monday and left the store on Airport Road in a Dodge Intrepid.
