TOWN OF GREENVILLE - Police are seeking the public's help to identify a hit-and-run driver who left a runner with a head injury and a broken ankle early on Jan. 8.State police said the runner, 62-year-old Robert Ruscher, was struck between 6:35 and 7 a.m.Police said Ruscher runs the same route each day, traveling on Rutger Creek Road, Kurpick Road, Center Road, Logtown Road, County Route 1 and Monahan Road.
