BLOUNTVILLE — A man arrested multiple times for harassing women and making them feel uncomfortable has pleaded guilty in several cases, netting a four-and-a-half-year prison term. Albert Toronjo, 68, of Kingsport, appeared Friday in Sullivan County Criminal Court. According to Sullivan County Assistant District Attorney Lewis Combs, Toronjo pleaded guilty to five counts of aggravated stalking.
