A Fox Lake man received a 7-1/2-year prison sentence for sexually assaulting a juvenile girl between July 2013 and July 2014. Austin M. Billa, 28, previously accepted an offer from the McHenry County State's Attorney's Office and pleaded guilty on Dec. 10 to predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, public records show. McHenry County Judge Robert Wilbrandt issued Billa's sentence on Friday.
