Juvenile pleads guilty to role, Carpentersville woman sentenced in 2016 Elgin kidnapping

A juvenile has pleaded guilty to playing a role in a 2016 kidnapping and beating of an Elgin woman, and a Carpentersville woman has been sentenced in the case. The juvenile's name has not been released.
