PROVIDENCE -- Providence police charged a man with illegally carrying a gun after the car he was riding in smashed into two police vehicles in Silver Lake Monday.While 39-year-old Pablo Lopez Baez was just a passenger in the Buick, he was actually the reason that undercover detectives were trying to stop the vehicle.
