A teenager was fatally shot early Thursday in a quiet residential area of Staten Island roughly two miles from his home, authorities said. Christopher Redmond, 19, was found with a gunshot wound to his chest in front of a Tottenville home on Page Avenue near Hylan Boulevard at around 4:15 a.m.
