Esquire writer spent four years following 'world's greatest chef,' René Redzepi of Noma 2.0

Jeff Gordinier, a food writer and father of four in Irvington, NY, has written a book about Rene Redzepi, the chef of Copenhagen's renowned New Nordic restaurant Noma.
