A second location of a North Dakota-based restaurant serving Nepali and Indian cuisine plans to open in Bay View this fall.

From the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal: Robbyn Wacker, the outgoing president of St. Cloud State University, is stepping down from the post two months earlier than expected, and ahead of expected budget cuts forecast by Minnesota education officials.
