BLOUNTVILLE — The man accused of fatally shooting his estranged wife in a Kingsport dental office has pleaded not guilty. Harry Weaver, 63, was arraigned Monday morning. Last month, a Sullivan County grand jury confirmed charges, indicting Weaver on counts of first-degree murder, especially aggravated kidnapping, attempt to commit second-degree murder, reckless endangerment and aggravated assault.
