A judge on Thursday ordered a psychological evaluation for a Woodstock man accused of using a hammer to attack two women on a Crystal Lake bike trail in September. Angel Reinaldo-Cardoza, 48, remained at the McHenry County Jail Thursday on multiple charges of attempted murder, armed violence and aggravated battery.
