Comment on Wind gusts between 50 to 60 mph on tap Monday, widespread power outages are expected

All of New Jersey will be under a wind advisory starting at 4 p.m. Monday, as forecasters are calling for heavy rain and strong winds with gusts between 50 to 60 mph at times.
