The Giants believe in another Joe now. Buffalo Bills assistant GM Joe Schoen – pronounced “Shane” – was announced on Friday as the franchise’s next general manager. Schoen received the news back in Buffalo, where his Bills were preparing for Sunday’s road Divisional playoff game against the Kansas City Chiefs. But he’s a Giant now. “It is an honor to accept the position of general manager of the New York Giants,” Schoen, 42, a first-time GM, said in a statement released by the team.
