If you’ve ever wanted to tuck into a signature dish from celebrity chefs Emeril Lagasse and Lorena Garcia, Fort Lauderdale chef Paula DaSilva is going to make it happen. DaSilva is bringing her popular summer culinary series Paula’s Food Diaries back to Burlock Coast Seafare & Spirits, with a June menu feature based on a favorite recipe from Lagasse, followed in July by a dish from Garcia.
