NATHANIEL JONES Wise County emergency personnel are responding to an explosion at either a gas or oil well just west of Decatur, a emergency dispatcher confirmed.The explosion occurred at about 11:30 a.m. at a well near Hlavek Road, west of Decatur.Two workers suffered first degree burns.They were transported by air to a Fort Worth Hospital, according to the Wise County Messenger, which is providing updates via Twitter.Television aerial footage showed a tank battery badly damaged by the blast.
