Four men were arrested early yesterday morning after a loud party at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. Officers arrived at about 3 a.m. and entered a room with 25 to 30 people “making noise and consuming alcohol,’’ according to the police report. Sultan Alhokair, 22, of Boston, was arrested and charged him with keeping a disorderly house and resisting arrest.
