Connelly: British Columbia Resumes Wolf Kill That Miley Cyrus Could Not Stop

Over the third winter in a row, British Columbia is launching a program to kill wolves from the air and trap them on the ground. The program is justified as a means of protecting endangered mountain caribou. One killing ground, in the Southern Selkirks, is located near the Washington border.
