Connelly: Building Big Canadian Pipeline Begins In Sept. If Money Raised

A big stock offering presages a huge oil pipeline, which will cross British Columbia and create an oil port just east of Vancouver. Thirty-four tankers, laden with bitumen crude oil from the Alberta tar sands, would pass through the international waters of the Salish Sea each month.
