President Trump is proposing a reverse Robin Hood budget, with deep cuts in programs like Head Start, Medicaid and Meals on Wheels, but with a cornucopia of tax breaks for the rich. Some wealthy Seattle entrepreneurs say it won't help the economy and hurts "the least among us."
