Connelly: Wall Street Journal Doesn't Like Seattle's Income Tax -- So What!

Used to turning its nose up at the "Left Coast," the Wall Street Journal does not approve of Seattle's 2.25 percent proposed income tax on high income earners. Its editorial page cites precedents under the law. It has no conception of justice.
