The tire manufacturer announced the expansion on Tuesday. It will include the construction of a new 88,000-square-foot building at its campus in Lancaster County. The project had been approved for incentives by Lancaster County Council under the codename "Project Dumpling," which called for the creation of 200 new jobs and $20 million in investment.
