Controversial Needle Exchange Gets Two More Years In Tippecanoe County

On Wednesday, Tippecanoe County commissioners voted 2-1 to continue a program meant to give clean needles and kits to drug users in hopes of keeping hepatis C, HIV and other communicable diseases in check.
