A convicted rapist from Oxford Township has pleaded guilty to four charges related to child pornography, while seven other charges he faced were dismissed April 24 by an Oakland County circuit judge.Scott Edward Lutze, 33, will be sentenced as a habitual offender May 21 by Judge Cheryl Matthews for one count each of child abusive commercial activity distribution/promotion and child abusive commercial activity, and two counts of using a computer to commit a crime.
