MONTICELLO - A Monticello police officer who was charged with raping a minor has reached a plea agreement and will resign from the department.Yermia "Jeremy" Solomon, of Woodridge, pleaded guilty to endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor, on April 16, according to Sullivan County District Attorney James Farrell.Sentencing is scheduled for July 27.
