Copper Wire Stolen From Traffic Signal, Street Lights In Oklahoma City

By Jonathan Sutton, Staff WriterPolice are investigating the theft of copper wire from street lights and a traffic signal in southwest Oklahoma City. City employees discovered the theft on Saturday when traffic signals and street lights were not working on the westbound Interstate 40 service road near S Agnew, according to a police report. Several light poles lining the service road as well as the nearby Crosstown Boulevard were broken into and the copper wire was ripped out. Det.Read more on NewsOK.com
