DANBURY — A city man arrested for driving drunk when he rear-ended another car smeared his feces all over the bench and walls of his holding cell, police said. Carlos Tenesaca, 22, of Patch Street, was arrested about 4:30 p.m. Monday after a crash on the corner of Maple Avenue and Garamella Boulevard, according to the report. Police said Tenesaca failed the field sobriety tests and was taken into custody, where he urinated on the floor and bench of the Danbury Police Department. While in a holding cell, he defecated on himself and coated his feces all over the room, police said.
