Brooklyn cops rescued two dogs left in a stifling hot car Saturday. The officers administered oxygen to the pooches, then rushed them to an animal hospital, where one is in critical condition. The owner of the dogs, whose name was not immediately released, was arrested. Saturday’s temperatures reached into the 90s.
