The Brooklyn man charged in the shooting death of Michele Hernandez-Vasquez was arrested Thursday in Kentucky, nearly 800 miles from where police allege he fired on the 21-year-old single mother in a botched prostitution-related robbery at the Cosmopolitan Motel in Grasmere on April 4.
