Country music singer Craig Morgan and a Journey tribute band are the headliners for this weekend's Aquapalooza boat party on Lake St. Clair in Harrison Township.The two-day free concert is unique in that it is accessible only by water -- boats, canoes, kayaks or personal watercrafts, as there are no seats and no real venue.
