Court Overturns Ex-goldman Sachs Programmer's Conviction

NEW YORK (AP) — A New York court has again overturned the conviction of a former Goldman Sachs programmer twice tried for stealing confidential computer code. Sergey Aleynikov (SUR'-gay uh-LAY'-nih-kawf) told the New York Times (http://nyti.ms/1UtlxNQ ) Monday that state Supreme Court Justice Daniel Conviser's ruling feels great.
