Arthur (Peter Gallagher) has his eyes on the Senate after political advisor Karen Coughlin (Ana Ortiz) informs him of an upcoming vacant seat and convinces the intelligence committee to declassify his file about Teo so the public knows that Arthur didn't quit the CIA because of an affair.
