ARLINGTON -- Cowboys Pro Bowl left tackle Tyron Smith returned to the starting lineup Sunday against Philadelphia after missing the last two games with a neck stinger.Smith struggled at times against the Eagles. He was called for three offensive holding penalties -- twice in the second quarter and once in overtime -- costing the Cowboys 30 yards.Smith is also dealing with an injured right elbow that he's wearing a knee brace to protect because his arm is so big it was the only brace that would fit him."That's a tough spot out there at left tackle, and you can get some holding," Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said after the win.
