By Zack Orsborn Daily Journal TUPELO – The same day Holly Whitworth was diagnosed with breast cancer after a routine checkup in October 2015, her son told her she would be a grandmother. The owner of Creative Cakes had just told her three daughters about her diagnosis, and the tears of sorrow turned to tears of joy after the phone call from her son, serving overseas with the Army. Whitworth decided she did not have time for cancer, and the next month went by in a whirlwind. After diagnosis, Whitworth was immediately sent to a surgeon and oncologist to discuss options.
