Harsh sentencing guidelines have failed to deter hackers, but prosecutors are likely to make examples of those arrested in the Anonymous-related hacking cases. Kevin Mitnick said, "The government is angry because the FBI can't control these hackers. So now the Department of Justice will come down harder on these guys for hacking.
