Is Crying At Work Ever Ok?

The Glass Hammer, a blog for women executives, recently tackled the question of whether crying at work is OK. The writer, Louise Ogunseitan, cites Anne Kreamer, author of the 2011 book “It’s Always Personal: Emotions in the Workplace," who says that in some circumstances, it’s appropriate — even healthy — to cry on the clock.
