A Crystal Lake woman was charged Tuesday morning with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol related to a hit and run she allegedly committed Sept. 10. The collision left one person dead and another with serious injuries, according to Crystal Lake Deputy Police Chief Thomas Kotlowski. Carolyn Tyrrell, 53, was arrested on a warrant at her home about 7:30 a.m.
