In his first address to investors since becoming CSX Corp. CEO, Jim Foote emphasized his commitment to maintain the pace and scale of the changes put in place by E. Hunter Harrison before he died last month. His first order as acting CEO was to bulldoze Atlanta's hump yard, which had been closed by Harrison, he said. "Atlanta's hump yard is flat," he said.
