Cuomo To Highlight New York’s Progress In Aids Fight

In a speech Tuesday, Mr. Cuomo is expected to announce that more New Yorkers are taking Truvada, a drug that protects against H.I.V. infection, and separately, the number of infections transmitted from mother to child has dropped to zero in the state.
