INTERNETCupertino gets AT&T fast NetAT&T is expanding its GigaPower service to Cupertino, bringing the ultrafast Internet service into rival Google's back yard, the company said Wednesday. Cupertino will become the first city west of the Rockies with AT&T's all-fiber-optic network, which promises speeds so fast that users can download 25 songs in one second, one TV show in less than three seconds or an HD movie in less than 36 seconds. AT&T offers GigaPower in three cities in Texas - Austin, Dallas and Fort Worth - and plans to introduce it in about 100 cities.
