Jay Cutler has decided to throw caution to the Windy City and will start today against the Raiders, despite being limited at practice all week with a hamstring injury. Cutler is playing despite the Bears being without his top receiver, Alshon Jeffery, and left tackle, Jermon Bushrod, and the Raiders having five sacks last week.
