BY STEVE LACKMEYERAND BRIANNA BAILEY Business WritersA Dallas real estate developer claims he now has the contract to buy First National Center and will be attending a court hearing Tuesday where his effort to buy the property will be weighed against that of California developer Stephen Goodman. The potential switch to Mike Sarimsakci and Alterra International coincides with rapidly deteriorating conditions at the downtown landmark. The building is facing a shut-off notice from Veolia Energy for chilled water and steam used for air conditioning and heat, and an exodus of its few remaining tenants began last week with an emergency move by four state agencies.Read more on NewsOK.com
