Berry Tramel Cleveland Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert says the Indiana Pacers could have gotten more for Paul George than they eventually got in the trade with the Thunder. “I will say that Indiana could've done better than it did," Gilbert said Wednesday during the press conference introducing Koby Altman as the Cavs’ new general manager.
