The ending of 2008's The Dark Knight features Batman wrestling with a complicated moral dilemma. Should he let Harvey Dent's crimes as Two-Face be exposed, or allow Gotham City to keep on believing in its "White Knight"? According to actor Aaron Eckhart, Harvey himself would have disagreed with Batman's final decision. Eckhart reflected on his iconic DC role during an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, making it clear Harvey never would have supported Batman and Commissioner Gordon's decision to cover up the truth and maintain the illusion that he was a hero until the very end. "No, he would’ve told the truth," said Eckhart.
