(By Rick Bonnell, rbonnell@charlotteobserver.com) The men's senior tennis circuit is still looking to hold a tournament in Charlotte this fall, despite an ongoing lawsuit with The Palisades housing development.InsideOut Champions Series has penciled in Sept. 30- Oct. 3 for the tournament at a venue yet to be announced. InsideOut is suing Rhein Palisades, for more than $300,000, mostly relating to unpaid sponsorship fees for the '09 tournament at The Palisades in southwest Charlotte.
