Lynda Myers, daughter of Daisy and William Myers, shared the story of her family and their move to Levittown, Pa. in the 1950s. The black family faced hatred in the all-white community. The Myers family later settled in York County. The York County History Center. hosted the event, "In the North Too: The Myers Family of York's Integration Story," at the DreamWrights Center for the Community Arts.
