MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Gov. Mark Dayton is headed to the Minnesota State Fair to talk about the decline of bees in the state. Dayton is due to talk about problems with pollinators at the state Department of Agriculture's booth. He's to be joined by state agency commissioners and legislative leaders for an announcement. Beekeepers say their insects have suffered in part due to the rise of insecticide-coated soybean and corn seeds.
