An 89-year-old woman was killed by a hit and run driver late Saturday night on Staten Island, police said. The victim, whose name was withheld pending family notification, was struck by the car after she stepped off an MTA bus at about 10:30 p.m. at the intersection of Purdy and Bradley avenues in Castleton Corners....
