The 209,766-square-foot retail property sits on nearly 15 acres at 1330 N. Town East Blvd. in Mesquite. North Richland Hills-based homebuilder Sandlin Homes is preparing to kick off a 58-acre infill tract within its hometown, bringingnearly 200 homes to the city.
The tract has been dormant for more than 27 years and is one of the last parcels of land available in North Richland Hills, said Scott Sandlin, owner of Sandlin Homes.
